About Us

St Croix Therapy, a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization, has been a part of the St. Croix Valley community since 1986. Formerly known as Special Children’s Center, our organization has served thousands of individuals and families throughout Wisconsin and the Greater Twin Cities.

We are committed to improving the lives of individuals and families, with the use of a multi-disciplinary approach and our services integrate physical, occupational, speech and aquatic therapy in order to achieve an optimal treatment approach for all. 

Mission

The Mission of St Croix Therapy is to provide customized innovative therapeutic techniques and year-round programs to people with challenges and disabilities so that they can achieve increased independence through developing skills in functional movement, sensory processing, social skills, and communication.

Our vision is to provide hope, growth and increased well-being for our clients and families.

 

who we serve

We provide services to children with disabilities, developmental delays and sensory processing disorder, however, our expertise also expands into treating adults with disabilities and chronic pain. Our clinic contracts with Pierce, St. Croix and Polk County for Birth to Three services.  In addition to, our clinic offers adaptive swim lessons, open swim, community swim and social skills groups.
